In Colorado's 8th, the 2024 race was decided by a few thousand votes in a district where roughly 31 percent of the citizen voting-age population is Latino. Modest improvements in registration, turnout and persuasion can change individual races, and potentially control of the House. The constraint is not demographics. It is investment and engagement.

Background

A Vero Beach native and Navy Reserve officer with 23 years of service and tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a deputy assistant secretary of defense in the first Trump administration and co-founded the War Veterans Fund in 2018. He campaigns on affordability, property insurance costs, overdevelopment and border security.
