Coalition programs are live in every district on this map. In these districts, Latino citizens of voting age frequently outnumber the previous margin of victory many times over.
In Colorado's 8th, the 2024 race was decided by a few thousand votes in a district where roughly 31 percent of the citizen voting-age population is Latino. Modest improvements in registration, turnout and persuasion can change individual races, and potentially control of the House. The constraint is not demographics. It is investment and engagement.

Background
A San Diego County supervisor since 2019 and former 12-year mayor of San Marcos. He is a Navy veteran, flew for Delta Air Lines for 33 years and holds an engineering degree from San Diego State. He campaigns on affordability, lower taxes, public safety and treatment-first answers to homelessness.

Background
A San Diego City Council member since 2020 who chairs its Public Safety Committee. A Scripps Ranch native, she served in the Peace Corps in Botswana, worked as a labor attorney at the National Labor Relations Board and as counsel to the House Education and Labor Committee, and later as a deputy city attorney. She campaigns on housing, the cost of living and health care.
