The Coalition

Four leaders.
One strategy.

Coalition leaders on stage in Vamos a Votar shirts

Beginning in January 2026, LULAC, UnidosUS Action Fund, Mi Familia Vota, and Latino Victory did what no set of national Latino organizations has ever done: we built one united infrastructure under one battleground strategy.

The premise is straightforward: stop duplicating work, stop arguing over table scraps, and stop rebuilding Latino engagement infrastructure every two years. We coordinate around common targets, shared goals, and a division of labor based on where each organization is strongest.

Zero overlap, full coverage: four lanes, one battleground map, shared metrics, and a unified message.

LULAC

Mi Familia Vota

The political arm of UnidosUS, with the largest Latino affiliate network nationwide. Year-round advocacy and accountability work in key target districts.

Latino Victory

The Model

Four innovations that distinguish this cycle

01

AI-augmented community engagement

A bilingual civic participation coach that helps community members navigate citizenship, voting, and know-your-rights questions. Persuasion tools built on what voters are actually saying, so messages are community-specific, not broadcast.

02

Year-round organizing

No more 90-day sprints. Our investment began 18 months out. Voter contact started in January 2026, not October. Registration, persuasion, and mobilization are sequenced across distinct phases.

03

Coordinated multi-org strategy

All four organizations operate under a single battleground map, shared metrics, and a unified message architecture. Coalition members do not compete for turf. We cover it.

04

Influencer and trusted messenger network

National creators paired with community-rooted validators: local business owners, coaches, clergy, and civic leaders who carry credibility in the specific precincts that matter.
